Oakley Neil H. T. Caesar-Su (born June 4th, 1998) was born in Ladbroke Grove, London. He is a British rapper and songwriter. He is professionally known as Central Cee. He rose to fame in 2020 with the release of his hit singles "Day in the Life" and "Loading". Central Cee began his music career performing British hip-hop but later transitioned to the trapwave genre in 2016. Trapwave is a style of British hip hop that incorporates auto-tuned singing.

However, in 2020, he shifted to a style similar to UK drill with the release of "Day in the Life," and has mostly stuck to that style since then. He explained that the auto-tune style had become overused, and he wanted to try something different.

Central Cee's current style of music has been described as a melodic and upbeat approach to UK drill, which is a subgenre of drill music that originated in the United Kingdom.
