Initially named Kropp Circle, they released an EP and a few singles before rebranding to Palaye Royale in 2011. The band's unique blend of fashion-forward, theatrical art rock helped them gain attention in the music scene. They quickly built a loyal fanbase, known as the "Soldiers of their Royal Council."
