Quavo Bio & Journey

Quavious Keyate Marshall (born April 2, 1991) was born in Athens, Georgia, United States. He is an American rapper and member of the hip-hop group Migos. He is professionally known as Quavo. Quavo gained fame as the co-founder and frontman of Migos, which also included his cousin Offset and late member Takeoff, who was Quavo's nephew. Hailing from Lawrenceville, Georgia, the trio originally formed the group under the name Polo Club but later changed it to Migos.

In 2013, Migos rose to prominence with their single "Versace," which received a remix by Drake and achieved moderate chart success. Their second studio album, Culture, reached the number one spot on the US Billboard 200 chart, solidifying their position in the rap scene. Quavo's individual talent as a rapper became evident through his features on various hit songs, such as Post Malone's "Congratulations" and DJ Khaled's "No Brainer" and "I'm the One," the latter peaking at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

In addition to his work with Migos, Quavo released his debut solo album, Quavo Huncho, in 2018, which reached number two on the Billboard 200. The album featured collaborations with notable artists like Drake, Cardi B, and Travis Scott. Quavo's success extended beyond his solo career, as he contributed to film soundtracks, including The Fate of the Furious: The Album, where he appeared on the track "Go Off."
