Lukas Strobel (born September 28, 1989) was born in Langen, Germany. He is a German rapper, singer, producer and DJ. He is professionally known as Alligatoah. He began his music career in the mid-2000s, performing under the stage name "Kaliba 69" and releasing music on his own label, "Level Up Records." In 2006, he changed his name to Alligatoah and signed with the independent record label Trailerpark.

Alligatoah's music is known for its eclectic mix of genres, which includes elements of hip-hop, pop, electronic, and folk music. He often uses humor and satire in his lyrics to comment on social and political issues, and his music videos are known for their surreal and absurdist visuals.
